Britney Coleman

Britney Coleman, originally born in Chicago and current resident of McDonough, is a passionate REALTOR with almost half a decade of experience under her belt serving buyers and sellers across all price points. In the beginning years of her career, she quickly discovered her specialization in assisting investors who like to build or rehab, buyers interested in house hacking, and families looking to relocate and/or upgrade to a larger home. Providing exceptional service has been the foundation of Britney’s career since graduating from Spelman College. Before pursuing real estate, she held various roles at a top US air carrier, at which point she focused on building her network of relationships and learning how real estate connects with the economy in preparation for the career she has today.

Her clients say ‘Working with Britney is like “working with a friend they’ve known for years”‘, and it is that exact reason why she is known as an agent of top tier caliber. Her enthusiasm for helping others understanding how beautiful home ownership is, is unmatched and exactly what motivates her to connect with buyers and sellers and exceed their expectations throughout the entire process. Britney prides herself on delivering phenomenal customer service, always remaining transparent about the entire home purchasing process, negotiating as if it were her own money, and handling every detail to ensure her clients can have peace of mind and feel comfortable, even post-closing.

When she is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling to the Georgia/Carolina mountains with her husband, working beside her mom in their home bakery, and hosting gatherings with friends and family. She also spends her free time participating in various community service roles and finding ways to improve the quality of life for those around her, which includes her serving as a committee member for the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College-Atlanta Chapter.
